MESHPRO Shotmetrix is a platform for competitive shooters for analysis, exchange, and advancement in shooting sports. Our goal is an objective, respectful, and performance-oriented community.

2. Permitted Content

Only content clearly related to shooting sports is permitted, including:

• Aim trace and training data
• Analysis and evaluations
• Experience reports and training progress
• Equipment in a sporting context
• Technical exchange with other shooters

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted:

Off-Topic Content

• Content unrelated to shooting sports
• General social media posts without professional value

Political, Religious, or Ideological Content

• Political opinions or discussions
• Religious content
• Socio-political debates

Prohibited or Problematic Content

• Illegal content of any kind
• Glorification of violence outside of sporting context
• Discrimination, hate speech, or insults
• Harassment or bullying

Weapon-Related Content Outside of Sports

• Content about non-sporting use of weapons
• Self-defense or engagement scenarios against persons
• Legally questionable modifications or instructions

4. Authenticity and Fairness

The platform thrives on real achievements and authentic data. Not permitted:

• Creating fake profiles
• Impersonating false identities or "cloning" persons
• Uploading manipulated or falsified performance data
• Creating non-existent products or setups for deception

5. Conduct

Respectful interaction is mandatory:

• Constructive feedback instead of personal criticism
• Objective discussions
• No provocations or intentional disruptions

6. Points System Usage

The points system serves to motivate and reward active use.

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Cash payout is excluded
• There is no legal entitlement to points or rewards
• MESHPRO reserves the right to adjust the system at any time

Not permitted:

• Artificially generating activities to increase points
• Spam, multiple posts, or automated content
• Any abuse of the system

Violations may result in point deductions or account restrictions.

7. Content, Rights, and Privacy

• Users are responsible for their own content
• Uploaded data must be accurate and independently created
• No third-party rights may be violated

By uploading content, the user grants MESHPRO Shotmetrix the right to display, process, and use it within the app for features such as evaluations or comparisons.

Personal data and performance data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Users decide for themselves which content they publish.

8. Advertising and Self-Promotion

• Unauthorized advertising, spam, or commercial content is not permitted
• Promoting products or services is only allowed in a clear sporting context and without spam character

9. Reporting Content

Users can report content that violates these guidelines. Reported content will be reviewed and removed if necessary.

10. Moderation and Measures

In case of violations, we reserve the right to take the following measures:

• Warning
• Restriction of features (e.g., points system)
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account suspension
