Wouterdhoye Stability training. Quite happy. All shots hit the bar (width of 9-ring) getting to finetune my position, lift, lowering and trigger release. 40 shots, no clicks, no retrieving of card between shots.
Wouterdhoye Hold training. Use a target and draw the wanted aiming zone on it. I use a zone the size of the 9-ring. Did 30 rounds. 20sec raise and hold pistol and 20sec rest.
