Online duels: 1v1 shooting from any range
Your opponent does not need to be on the same range. You each shoot at home, upload the result, and Shotmetrix scores it. Pairing is fair: each discipline has its own skill rating, so you meet shooters at your level.

How it works
- ChallengeChallenge someone directly or let Shotmetrix suggest a matching opponent.
- Agree on the shot countYou vote on how many shots count – from 20 to 100.
- Shoot and revealEach of you uploads the result. Scores are revealed only once both have submitted.
What makes a duel
- Skill rating per discipline – rises with wins against stronger shooters
- Hidden scores: nobody sees the other result in advance
- Ranking of all duels and spectator predictions
- Team duels: team against team, pair against pair or by team total
More than duels
Besides 1v1 there are online competitions with a live ranking and a league over the season – all using the same uploaded results.
Frequently asked
- How can you shoot against each other online?
- Each shooter shoots on their own range and uploads the result – as a photo of the target, a result sheet or a QR code. Shotmetrix scores both and reveals them together.
- Is it fair if beginners meet squad shooters?
- Pairing follows the skill rating per discipline. Beating a much weaker shooter earns little; beating a stronger one earns a lot.
- Which disciplines have duels?
- The disciplines shot on Shotmetrix, above all 10m air rifle and air pistol.
