giacomo.manis Training session with 20x 8s (189) + 20x 6s (187) + 20x4s (169), need to work on 4s altough im using training strong ammo (not the low energy one).

giacomo.manis Trying out the new Pardini hi-tech (i cant use mine in an upcoming comps), with a 70g counterweight and the 6 tungsten weight on the front. It feels quite good in between, but it’s too heavy for the first rise.
